As A Coach, Expert or Practitioner do I need to post content all the time ?

How Much Content Should you Post

Hey Coach, Expert, Service based business owner, Practitioner and Business Owner. I see you working hard. I see you doing what it takes to try and get clients into your coaching business, practice and Business.I see you posting tips and content, doing whatever it takes to be seen and chosen so that clients want to work with you.

I want to share something that is going to open your mind up about how to get clients to want to work with you. After 16 years in sales and 15 of those learning the human mind, I learned a lot about getting a client to want to work with you. There is this trend, and it’s as though people are posting content for the sake of being seen without understanding the fundamental reasons why content works. It’s not to be seen, to show up, or even to beat the algorithm. Here’s why a solid content strategy works to get clients, and it’s not what you think about posting aimlessly daily.I want to share something that will change the game around the way you do your content, so it can help you create bulk loads of content that’s going to start being magnetising to your audience.

If you are a Coach, Expert, Practitioner, service based business owner or healer who values freedom of time, here’s what you need to know: Your ideal client finds you interesting based on how interested you are in them. Your ideal client is watching and reading your content for the simple feeling of being seen, heard, and understood. They are looking for inspiration, hope, and a way to see the light at the end of the tunnel. What is this tunnel? This tunnel is the light at the end of their current problems. The more you create content, books, and one-off content that expresses this, the less you need to create aimless content and download 500 content ideas done for you to be seen by your ideal client. The more you understand this, the more you will regain control over your free time. Here is what my clients feel about running a business and the problems they face: I’ve touched on these points to show you how deeply you must understand your dream client. Here are what my clients pain points are around mindset, marketing, and running a business: Not all clients face each one, but I have outlined the ones i hear time and time again.

Mindset

My clients deeply feel that running a business needs to be hard, and unless they are making it hard, some feel that they are not worthy of success. They find themselves focusing on multiple things because these things do not grow their revenue.Even though the answers are being put in front of them multiple times a day, they seem to find themselves so busy and are not sure what to focus on. They are not focusing on revenue-generating activities, and they find it hard to grow their income and attain the freedom they are truly hoping to achieve in their business. As well as having a helping mindset. They feel that narrowing down their messaging, their target market, and the whole client attraction process confusing. Even the ones who manage to move past this are constantly battling their own value and struggling to articulate it.

Sales

They really don’t like sales calls where big-ticket items can be sold. After only achieving one or two sales, after everything is paid, they question whether coaching is going to be profitable in the long term.In their minds, they feel that hard work makes them feel slightly anxious, and when they analyse their business, they find that as much as their intention was to be productive, they felt as though they only really got a little bit done. This now triggers their fear about whether they are really going to make it as coaches and if a business helping others can really be the key to their freedom they seek when they set out on this path.

As they associate hard work with struggle, pain, and loss of personal happiness, they are conflicted, as if a coaching business is the way to attain this freedom. Sometimes, as it feels as though they think about work more than they would like to, it now affects their personal lives to not have this figured out, and feelings of failure plague their minds a lot of the time.To the other extreme, some of my clients, because they are highly ambitious, take on the opposite spectrum!

Their ambition overpowers other areas of their lives, and their work leaks into every area of their lives. They deeply believe that their purpose is to serve and help, and it is confusing their true life purpose and what they feel their purpose is in the world. They sometimes feel the only way to get love and connection is by helping others, as they have yet to learn to be a coach without associating their purpose with being outside themselves in their work or coming from another person.

My Clients Challenges in Marketing: Here are just a few, the questions my clients struggle with:

How do I know if their niche is correct?

Do they have the right offer?

How to know if people will buy your offer

How to present your offer

Why can’t they just help everyone?

Don’t have a niche;

messaging is off.

Marketing is scattered, and they are posting everwhere

unsure of where their next client is coming from.

Leads are slow and not consistent.

Some are selling at low ticket, as selling their value in high tickets frightens them.

The ones that have high tickets feel uncertain about how to grow further.

Are unsure of how to not be afraid of the judgement of others?

They think that they need a funnel to attract leads.

They think they need a group to grow their business.

Don’t have a way to get clients

Don’t have enough time and feel that it’s all too hard.

Are unclear on your messaging?

Why this is important for you?

The reason you need to know this, is this is imperative that when a client who is thinking of working with a coach comes to your page, that they will be looking for ways in which they can see the questions in their mind being answered. If you want to keep your client around long enough to have them consider working with you, they will not take this leap of faith until they know that you understand their challenges, pain and have the insights into how to solve this.

The easiest way to portray this is, think of your client at the start of a buyer’s journey with you. When the client is thinking of potentially working with you, this is what they want to see, know, or consume before they consider working with you.

Would it be questions around how your coaching worksWould it be questions on how long the result takesWould it be questions on what it required of them and how much time do they need to allocate to have the outcome they want doing your service or coaching.Your job is to have these questions answered on your profile to attract clients who are in the research phase of buying and also the clients who are in the ready-to-purchase phase.
